SKULOS is a complete education operating system. Instead of separate tools for records, results, fees and communication, it brings admissions, academics, finance, communication and learning into one platform, with one login and one source of truth for your school.
Pricing is per active student, per academic term. Starter is 500 naira, Growth is 800 naira, Professional is 1,200 naira, and Enterprise is 1,500 naira, each per student per term. You can pay termly or annually, and annual billing is three times the termly rate.
Yes. Every new school gets one full academic term at no cost, with no card required to begin. Before the trial ends you choose a plan to continue, and nothing is billed automatically without your confirmation.
Yes. Sections, classes and arms are fully configurable, so a single school can run several levels side by side and rename or add levels to match how it actually operates.
Yes. A parent signs in once and sees every child they are linked to, even across different classes or different schools under the same ownership, using their email address as their single identity.
Through Paystack, other gateways your school prefers, or by bank transfer with proof of payment uploaded for confirmation. Installment plans are available when a school chooses to offer them.
Every school gets its own dedicated database, so no school can ever see another school's data. Access is permission based, every change is logged, and data is encrypted. Our handling aligns with the NDPR in Nigeria and the GDPR in Europe. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
Yes. Every list that supports bulk upload provides a downloadable CSV template. You fill it in, upload it, and any rows with problems are reported clearly by row number so you can fix and re upload.
SKULOS launches as a web application that works on any modern browser, on desktop, tablet or phone. The architecture is API first, so parent, teacher and student mobile apps can follow without a redesign.
Every school gets a free subdomain at launch, for example yourschool.skulosapp.com, with support for a custom domain you already own once you are ready.
A guided setup wizard walks you through sections, classes, grading, houses, and staff and student import. Most schools are operational in about fifteen minutes.
One account works across every module a user is permitted to see. Alongside email and password, schools can enable single sign on with Google and Microsoft Outlook accounts.
